Prince Charles Elementary is playing host to a special family event for Halloween. Sponsored by the school’s Parent Advisory Council, the school will present the show Stage Fright, featuring magician John Kaplan. The show is taking place Saturday October 24th, 7:00pm at the Abbey Arts Centre.

Imagine magician David Copperfield – possessed by Beetlejuice – fabulous magic, silly spookiness and twisted illusions are accompanied by eerie music, a killer light show and awesome special effects to give kids from six to 60 a night of thrills they’ll never forget. The ideal family event for the Halloween season!

backtoschool The countdown is on…. almost time for back to school! And with that comes all sorts of preparations for the Prince Charles Elementary Parent Advisory Council. We are currently organizing our first events for the year, including a special “hot dog day”, a pancake breakfast, QSP fundraising and also a special treat: A Halloween Magic Show with magician John Kaplan! More information on all of this will be coming in the next few weeks.

Also, the PAC is working to make it even easier for families to order and pay for items such as hot lunches, fundraisers and events. Soon you will be able to pay for these items online, via PayPal! Paypal offers you the convenience of using a credit card, not having to worry about writing cheques or finding the right change for hot lunch day! Stay tuned for more info on this also.
